Party Table

Reserved Birthday Table

$25/child

We can accommodate up to 30 guests per table and there is a minimum of 10 guests to book a party!

*Not sure how many people will RSVP? No problem! Book it for the minimum 10 people and we can adjust the number later.

Included In All Parties:

• 90 minutes of play time
• 30 minutes of party time
• 15 minutes of set-up time
• 15 minutes of clean-up time (Total access time to your Room or Table = 2.5 hours.)
• Digital Invitations
• Adults are FREE (Limit=2 Adults Per Child)
• Permission to Bring Outside Food and Drinks
• Party Planning phone call/meeting 10 days prior to your party
• 50% Due at Time of Booking / 100% Due 7 Days prior to party. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR RSVP IF YOUR PARTY IS NOT PAID IN FULL 7 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT DATE.
  

Party Room

• Snack and beverage service throughout party (snacks: goldfish, fruit snacks, pretzels, etc. / drinks: fountain drinks will be served to your party room for guests to enjoy)
• Socks for all guests
• Paper goods for all guests
• Goodie bag for the birthday child
• Personalized Party Host
• Balloon bouquet
• Reserved Parking

Party Table

• Please check in at the front desk. If you have a table, we will show you to your reserved area.
• You are welcome to arrive to the playground 15 minutes before your party start time! Please note, you will only have access to your table 15 minutes before your party begins.
• At the start of your party, your guests will be directed to one of 4 check-in points to check their waiver. It is very important that ALL guests have completed a waiver prior to arriving at the playground.
• Guests will be directed to your table to drop off their gift and Go Play!
• 15 minutes after your party ends, we will need the table clear so we can sanitize and prepare for the next celebration!

Party Room

• You are welcome to arrive to the playground 15 minutes before your party start time! Please note, you will only have access to your room or table 15 minutes before your party begins. Find your reserved parking spot!
• Please check in at the front desk. Your host will greet you and take it from there!
• Your host will show you to your room, help carry in items from the car, help decorate, prepare your snack and beverage service. Snacks vary but typically include individual bags of goldfish, fruit snacks, cookies, etc. You may choose 2 fountain drinks and your host will refill the pitchers as necessary.
  
• In your room, you will find: balloon bouquet, snacks, drinks, paper goods, goodie bag for birthday child, party table set with table cloth and paper goods.
• At the start of your party, your guests will be directed to one of 4 check in points to check their waiver. If is very important that ALL guests have completed a waiver prior to arriving at the playground.
• Guests will be directed to your room to drop off gifts and shoes, put on socks and grab a snack and Go Play!
• Guests will have 1 hour of play!
• 60 minutes into the party, your host will make an announcement asking all guests to return to the party room for cake and any other activities you have planned.
• After the celebration, guests are encouraged to return to the playground and play for the reminder of the party time. Your party host will begin clean up, taking items to your car, take pictures and be available for anything else you might need
• 15 minutes after your party ends, we will need the room clear so we can sanitize and prepare for the next celebration!
